  • Ice cream (classic vanilla) – 100 g
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Cloves – 5 pcs
  • Star anise – 1 pcs
  • Cinnamon stick – 1 pcs
  • Cardamom pods – 3 pcs

How to make it:
Melt the butter and ice cream together over low heat. Add the spices and gently infuse them in the mixture without bringing it to a boil. Let it sit for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Strain, pour into a container, and store in the freezer.

Pro tip: Lightly blanch or crush the spices beforehand to release more flavor. For easy portioning, pour the finished butter into an ice cube tray — that way you can just pop one out when needed.
