Homemade Ginger Ale
Ingredients
- Water — 4000 ml
- Fresh ginger — 450 g
- Fresh lemon juice — 600 ml
- Sugar — 800 g
- Bay leaf — 2 pcs
Method of preparation
- Dissolve the sugar in a mixture of water and lemon juice.
- Add finely chopped ginger and bring to a boil.
- Once it boils, remove from the heat, add the bay leaves, cover, and let infuse for 4 hours.
- Strain thoroughly, chill, and carbonate.
